How To Prepare Berry Flavoured Cheesecake

Blue Berry Cheesecake is a snack you can eat, enjoy and keep asking for more!
Here is what you need to prepare it: 120g digestive biscuits,
50-60g melted butter
500g ground, fat cottage cheese,
130g sugar.
1 package (16g) of vanilla sugar,
3 small eggs,
1.5 tablespoons of flour,
tablespoon lemon juice
170g blueberries (can be frozen)

icing:
200ml thick sour cream 18%
1.5 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
teaspoon vanilla sugar

Cake tin with a diameter of 18 cm put aluminum foil (dorotus gives instructions to put a piece of foil on the bottom of the springform pan, then tighten all the hoop, and the protruding foil wrap cake tin from the outside).
Cookies grind or finely crushed, add butter and mix thoroughly, then put them bottom of the springform pan. Put in the fridge for about half an hour.
Berries mix blender to pulp (previously frozen, thaw, but you do not need them to filter the juice).
All components of the curd blend to a homogeneous mass at the end of the eggs. Dough is poured on cooled the bottom. Bake at 180 degrees for one hour. Cheesecake should be beheaded on top and slightly moist on the inside, not the so-called furnace. "Dry stick".
Mix the cream with sugar and vanillin sugar, pour over cheesecake and bake for another 10 minutes.
Cool the repealed at the door of the oven.
The cooled cake put in the fridge - preferably overnight. Store in the refrigerator. So, what do you think?
