I have been down for a while and my friend introduced me to some yoga classes.

At first, I felt she wasn't helping and ignored her. But when she asked me to follow her to see a friend; I found myself in a yoga class!

After a little protest, I was forced to join in the exercise! To be honest I wasn't ready to stop after I engaged myself with the basics.
