Benefit Of Having A Good Night Sleep

Today, I had a very very short night sleep (you won't believe why) and I woke up feeling like I have been hit by a train! I know I will be grumpy and all slow all day but I can't really help it. I really wished I could go back to sleep just for an hour; but I sure would miss a lot I intend to achieve today!
So off I go to sluggishly carry out the activities of the day! After a while of sleep-working and wishing night would come soon; I slumped on the chair and picked my phone to research on what I have exactly put myself through! I was actually shocked and awed by what I saw about losing sleep which I dropped here. I also went ahead to check the advantages of getting a good sleep at night and I almost hit myself for staying up so late (wasn't really my fault) instead of having some decent sleep.

I, no, we all need to get a good night's sleep for us to avoid having funny body reactions. So here are some reasons why sleep is good for everyone:

1.To keep your figure:
Watching your weight can be as simple as getting a good night's sleep. If you don't know, lack of sleep can make you put on weight by drastically slowing your metabolism down. Researchers suggests getting plenty of sleep might prevent weight gain so make sure you or anyone else do not deprive you of sleep.

2.You can concentrate better:
We probably have woken up after a good night's sleep and feel like we are ready to take on the world.  But a bad night's sleep can leave you struggling all day. More than half of us will have problems concentrating after sleeping badly, and that's why we need that cool sleep.

3.You'll be in a great mood:
Nearly two thirds of people blame lack of sleep when they feel irritable and grumpy. The lack of sleep and the ensuing tiredness is likely impacting on people's judgment, problem-solving and creativity. So why don't you just give you just give in to that sleep.

4.You'll look more attractive:
Regular and great sleep actually makes you look healthier and more attractive (fact). Researchers photographed 23 people after a period of sleep deprivation and after a normal night's sleep of eight hours. The photos were shown to 65 people who rated each photo based on health attractiveness and tiredness. The sleep deprived group scored lower in all three categories so why deprive yourself of sleep?

5.Ability to make better informed decisions:
We've all heard of sleeping on a problem, in the hope that come morning the solution will be clear. Well scientists have found that when you do this your brain still looks for a solution, even when you're asleep. Even if you don't wake up with an answer, a good night's sleep will equip your brain to assess the problem afresh. So relax and let your sleep energize your brain into finding solutions.

6.You'll live longer (probably):
Regularly sleeping less than you should is associated with a shorter lifespan, although it is not clear whether little sleep is the cause, or an effect of other illnesses. Studies have found people who routinely sleep for fewer than six hours a night have a higher risk of dying sooner than people of a similar age who sleep for seven or eight hours a night. I really love you and want you to live long so do me a favor and get enough sleep.

If you are the type who stays up very late into the night claiming to be planning your future; you had better cut down on the number of hours you stay awake planning it. I wonder what you are probably planning that would make you allow your body go through the after effects of losing sleep! If you finish planning it and end up getting  some funny stuff in your system; what happens to all the plans you have been making?

If on the other hand, you don't sleep because of some reasons (maybe your snoring sleepmate or no appetite for sleep), you'd better get help before you start acting funny!
