How To Be A Healthy And Happy Girl

After a while of deliberately staying away from my blog, am back now.
And this time I came for the girls!
Relax, not going to tell the guys about girls stuff!

To be a girl hasn't been easy, isn't easy and may never be easy!
Girls are constantly growing and changing. They also worry about a lot of things; how to avoid getting fat, how to look beautiful, how to keep fit, how to stay clean, how to fall in love and many others.

Its obvious that the number one priority of any girl is to have a healthy and happy life.

I guess you know why?
Ok, if you don't just know that when you become a woman, much of your choices you made as a girl will have a lot of bearing (fact).

Being a healthy happy girl is quite challenging. Girls have lots of issues to deal with, the early puberty, the constant emotional distress, the heart breaks and the crushes (no thanks to guys), constant body changes and a lot more.

So, after watching these specie (including myself), I got to know ways one can be a cute, healthy and happy girl?
There are some things you could do that would make you a happy and healthy girl and they include:

1. Eat only when you feel hungry: Especially people who are on weight loss program, every healthy girl should know when to eat and when to stop eating. You should eat, only when you are hungry and stop eating immediately when you are full. It's not in the constitution that you must finish all the food in the plate. So its better you carry the amount of food you can finish if you are trying to avoid waste!

As a girl when you are hungry it means your body needs food, and when you are satisfied, your body doesn't need anymore food. Anything else you eat is just going to increase your weight. Please take note!

2. Eat balanced and healthy food: Seriously I believe it when they say you are what you eat!
If you always eat fast food, junk food, and cheap snacks. Then you may likely look like the cheap, fast junk you consume. But if you habitually eat fresh fruits, whole grains and other healthy foods. You can expect to be a strong healthy girl. That's why you need to balance your diet and make the right eating choices.

3. Exercise often: whether you are on a weight loss program, weight gain program, fitness program blah blah blah, just know that healthy girls regularly engage in some form of physical activity. Exercising is good for your health. It doesn't really mean that you should hit the gym and perform strenuous workouts. Just walking, cycling or swimming is enough for you.
To be a healthy girl, you should take exercising important and engage in it at least three times a week.

4. Have good personal relationships: Your emotional and mental health depends on the kind of personal relationships you have. Every cute healthy and happy girl has cool friends she feels free to talk with and share her troubles with.
Also family is important, and the way you relate to them. Whether it's a boy you friend zoned, an older female friend or your granny. A good personal relationship with them with make you a healthy, happy girl.

5. Look beautiful and maintain good hygiene: very important. There are two simple things that can make a girl confident:
- Good hygiene. (take your bath and brush your teeth etc).
- A beautiful face. Smile always cause it is the best make you can wear. Do your best to look beautiful, just don't overdo it.

6. Take note of your bodily changes: this happens every time so you just have to follow it up and seek help when or where necessary.

7. Wear the right shoes: Nowadays there's just one reason girls wear shoes, just to look even taller than their shadow and this could lead you wearing the wrong shoes, the tight and painful ones which may later in life cause you foot related problems like bunions.

Woah! Points exhausted already so I guess living a healthy life is not that hard afterall.
