Ways To Avoid Heartburn

Some people generally experience heartburn at least once in a week. You will find individuals who experience heartburn often. Some can even get it after eating certain food. Heartburn is the typical sign of gastro esophageal reflux disease and the symptoms include, but are not restricted to, chest pain and sour flavour in the mouth. 1. Proper Balanced Diet:

Citrus fruits, chocolates, tomatoes, raw onions, spicy foods, beans etc. are a few examples of food stuffs which can cause heartburn. 3. Quit Smoking:
Smoking is not just injurious to health, but additionally, it is a great cause of heartburn. Nicotine is just an ingredient in cigarettes that weakens the lower esophageal sphincter; a group of muscles towards the end of the esophagus that closes off the esophagus and prevents the acidic stomach contents from going into the esophagus. 6. Sleep:
A restful sleep and tension free brain are much needed to put this problem to rest. Sleep when you should. Don’t wait until your body starts sending distress signals! Worry less and try to avoid moments that will put you through long period of thinking.
