How To Make Yummy Pancakes At Home

Hello foodies! New recipe up for you! Yummy fluffy pancakes to spice up your day! It cooks fast and all the ingredient you need is probably in your kitchen cabinet. Plus, it serves with anything you so wish. Soft drink, coffee, juice, beverage, name it. It is a good breakfast option but not restricted to just that! 
Trust me, you would love it. 

Here's a simple method on how to prepare your own pancakes at home:  

2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoonful of sugar
2 tablespoonful of vegetable oil or melted butter for frying
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cup of water or milk
4 tablespoonful of powdered milk (if using water)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
2 large sized eggs

For garnishing:
Small fruits eg strawberry and grape 
Tomatoes (optional) 

Procedure for preparation:
- Sift the flour to remove dirt and incorporate air.
- Measure out the flour into a mixing bowl, add all the powdered ingredient, mix and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and milk (if liquid). 
- Pour into the dry ingredient and mix into a smooth batter.  (Add the water if using water).
- Heat up a frying pan on medium heat and grease with little vegetable oil (or butter) such that the pancake does not stick to the pan nor get soggy with oil when frying.
- Scoop batter (as much as would cover the pan thinly) onto the heated pan and fry. Lift from pan and fry the other side when the top begins to bubble.
- Repeat action for the remaining batter until finished.
- Place all in a plate in layers and allow to cool if you can't take it hot.
- Pour little honey on top and let it go down the sides. 
- Place your small fruits whole on top. You can also slice if you want. 
- Serve alone or with any drink of your choice.
